The MINT Program, Inc. 770-716-1430
PO Box 255 Fayetteville, GA 30214
The MINT Program is a non-profit organization that was formed to provide shelter to homeless pregnant women. Our mothers are benefiting from the nurturing, homelike environment which was designed to assist pregnant women with the pre and post natal care of their infants to reduce the risk of common birth defects caused by homelessness, lake of health care and nourishment. Each pregnant woman at The MINT Program receives a temporary home from six (6) months during their pregnancy to up to six (6) nine (9) months after the birth of their baby. During their stay, they receive three nutritious meals a day, and other comprehensive services including childcare, counseling and employment training. As the only shelter in the greater Atlanta metropolitan region working exclusively with pregnant women and newborn babies, The MINT Program has developed a unique program designed to meet the needs of this specific segment of the homeless population.
